Cách 1: Tự xóa trong ứng dụng
1. Mở ứng dụng Video AI Maker: Viora và đăng nhập.
2. Vào Cài đặt -> Xóa tài khoản.
3. Xác nhận xóa vĩnh viễn.

Tài khoản và toàn bộ dữ liệu liên quan sẽ bị xóa vĩnh viễn và không thể khôi phục.

Cách 2: Không còn quyền truy cập ứng dụng
Nếu bạn đã gỡ cài đặt ứng dụng hoặc không đăng nhập được, hãy gửi email yêu cầu xóa tài khoản với đúng địa chỉ email đã dùng để đăng ký:
huydolong@gmail.com

Chúng tôi sẽ xử lý yêu cầu và xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu trong vòng 30 ngày, sau đó xác nhận lại qua email.

Dữ liệu nào sẽ bị xóa?
Email đăng ký, số dư và lịch sử giao dịch credit, lịch sử video/ảnh đã tạo bao gồm file lưu trữ, nội dung đã chia sẻ, mã mời và lịch sử mời bạn bè.

Option 1: Delete in-app
1. Open the Video AI Maker: Viora app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings -> Delete Account.
3. Confirm permanent deletion.

Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Option 2: No longer have access to the app
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email us a deletion request using the exact email address you registered with:
huydolong@gmail.com

We will process your request and delete all data within 30 days, then confirm by email.

What data gets deleted?
Registered email, credit balance and transaction history, video/image generation history including stored files, shared content, referral code and referral history.
